What we collect

This site uses no cookies, trackers or analytics, and loads nothing from outside services.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site only open a chat with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send.

If you message us, we receive what you wrote: your name, your business, what you need, and the contact details of the service you used.

Why, and your choice

There is no legal duty to give us your details. It is up to you. Without a name and a message we cannot reply.

We use your details only to answer you, send a quote and work together if we go ahead. We do not send you advertising without consent, and we do not sell or pass your details to others.

Where it is kept

Messages are kept by us and by the service you used: WhatsApp, Gmail or Instagram. These services may store data on servers outside Israel, under their own privacy policies.

Client agreements and invoices are kept as long as the law requires (usually seven years, for tax).

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. Details about Vercel data processing: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice

We do not use server logs to identify visitors or for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to facehousestudio@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
